EBS 无法注册第二语言
参与EBS安装的过程中，发现了一个问题，就是第二语言无法注册，这样就导致没有办法去打第二语言包
- EBS Version : R12.1.1 (with Arabic language support)
- 症状：System Administrator -> License Manager -> Languages 除了默认的 American English 之外，其他的语言都是无法选择 (灰色的disable)
- How : 网络搜索，系统维护文档查找，也没有找到任何的线索，所以开始怀疑是不是语言编码设置的问题，系统安装采用的默认编码 (US7ASCII)，会不会这种编码并不是通用的编码，导致不支持其他语言的注册？
后来也找不到好的办法，重新安装EBS，选择 UTF-8， 问题解决了，见下面成功注册第二语言的图：继续阅读 »
